Entries close on Friday 7th May 2010 so entry forms must be sent A.S.A.P to the Organizer (Bernice Melrose) 61 Kurrajong Road, Kurrajong 2758. No pencilled or phone bookings will be taken. Stall Fees and proof of Public Liability Insurance (minimum $10million) must accompany the entry form attached, unless paying by direct debit then only the proof of insurance and the entry form should be sent. No refunds of entry fees will be made.
1. All displays must be to a standard acceptable by the organizer. No recent modern reproductions will be allowed on display unless they are labelled as such. The stall holder will be liable if found to be selling stolen, counterfeit or illegal items.
2. Doors will open to stall holders at 7.00am. Doors to the Public will open at 9am. Stall holders will have access to the hall via the side door which opens onto a Council owned Car park. All stall holders should remove their vehicles from this car park by 8.30am. The car park needs to be freed up for customers of both the market and surrounding businesses. The market will close for business at 3pm.<!--[endif]-->
3. It is at the discretion of the organizer to reserve the right to the location of tables. This will be due to the requirement of power points by some stall holders and others requiring multiple tables etc.
4. The organizer will not accept any responsibility for damage or loss or any dispute arising from trading practices either financial or physical.
5. Goods MUST NOT be removed from selling tables by stall holders before 3pm.
6. All stall holders must be aware and responsible for their own stall and stock upon that stall and any or all personal effects. Please be aware!
7. NO ITEMS ARE ALLOWED IN AISLES FOR SAFETY REASONS. All boxes are to be kept out of sight under tables or stored in the storage area. Table covers/cloths to be floor length if possible.
8. Seller badges will be given to all stall holders and helpers with a limit of 2 badges (two) per stall. These MUST be worn at all times. Organizers of the event will also wear badges. Badges will be helpful in showing market participation and will
assist customers and stall holders alike.
